    Hi xux99,
Sorry to  hear that you stopped developing this EA.
My opinion  is that this EA works very well and there is a great potential to develop it  even further.
Attached are  the results of a backtest with one of my set files , EURUSD 5M 04oct-18dec. +99%! 8)

At the  moment I am only looking at entry condition as mentioned in previous post and  at a later date
I would like to adjust exit conditions.
Attached is also an example  from my live trading account that shows the need of Support/Resistance Margin.
If you by any chance have some time left, I would appreciate some help  to add these features to the EA.

Regards
Pontus

    Hi xux99,

I'm very impressed with your  programming skills.
I have done numerous back  and forward tests with various settings of the  Simurgh EA. It has been shown to give positive  results during my tests with EURUSD. However I believe  there are some  improvements of entry condition  to be made.
In my analysis of the results  I have found three  possible improvements of this EA.

1. Add Support/  Resistance Margin with x-number of  pips before entering a trade (similar  as in Volceq EA).
2. Add a slow-MA (such as MA60  smoothed) to the EA, so it only take trades in trend  direction.
3. Add a minimum distance between the support and resistance line with x-number of pips  before entering a trade to prevent the EA from take trades in sideways  moving markets (similar as in  Volceq EA).

My believe  is that this EA would benefit if this 3 functions would to be added to this EA
I do not know anything about programming, so my hope is that you can add these three components to the  EA.

Regards
