This is a Metatrader 4 pivots indicator with user defined day start hour. You can download it here.

PivotsType: Type of pivots, Standard or Fibonacci.
PivotsPeriod: Period taken into account for pivots calculation.
FibSequence: User defined sequence of Fibonacci levels.
PastPeriods: Number of periods in the past for which pivots are shown. Depending on PivotsPeriod value, they can be days, weeks or months.
DayMinHours: It refers to daily pivots. Days with this minimum number of hours are used for pivots calculation. It mainly affects Fridays and Mondays.
DayStartHour: GMT start hour of a day in hhmm format. Set AutoGMTOffset to false, ManualGMTOffset to 0 and DSTOffset to false to use server time.
AutoGMTOffset: Difference between server time and GMT, defined automatically by the indicator. It can't be used during weekend.
ManualGMTOffset: Difference between server time and GMT, defined manually.
DSTOffset: If ManualGMTOffset is used, Daylight Saving Time correction is automatically applied according to the European Union rules.
MarginPrices: If PastPeriods is set to 1, pivots price levels are shown on the vertical axis.
LinePrices: Pivots price levels are shown below each pivot line.
MoveLabelsBars: A positive number means the labels are moved to the left, a negative number the labels are moved to the right.

    Hi xux99,
Sorry to  hear that you stopped developing this EA.
My opinion  is that this EA works very well and there is a great potential to develop it  even further.
Attached are  the results of a backtest with one of my set files , EURUSD 5M 04oct-18dec. +99%! 8)

At the  moment I am only looking at entry condition as mentioned in previous post and  at a later date
I would like to adjust exit conditions.
Attached is also an example  from my live trading account that shows the need of Support/Resistance Margin.
If you by any chance have some time left, I would appreciate some help  to add these features to the EA.

Regards
Pontus

Hi fx4a

I don't think your indicator has any advantages compared to ZigZag. Trend lines are on the opposite direction of the trade so they can only trigger an exit.

Hi Pontus

Thank you for your interest in this EA. I have stopped developing it so I can't promise you when I will be able to add these features.

    Hi xux99,

I'm very impressed with your  programming skills.
I have done numerous back  and forward tests with various settings of the  Simurgh EA. It has been shown to give positive  results during my tests with EURUSD. However I believe  there are some  improvements of entry condition  to be made.
In my analysis of the results  I have found three  possible improvements of this EA.

1. Add Support/  Resistance Margin with x-number of  pips before entering a trade (similar  as in Volceq EA).
2. Add a slow-MA (such as MA60  smoothed) to the EA, so it only take trades in trend  direction.
3. Add a minimum distance between the support and resistance line with x-number of pips  before entering a trade to prevent the EA from take trades in sideways  moving markets (similar as in  Volceq EA).

My believe  is that this EA would benefit if this 3 functions would to be added to this EA
I do not know anything about programming, so my hope is that you can add these three components to the  EA.

Regards
Pontus

Hi xux99,
Would it be possible to add Entry by Trend line break, rather than just exit.
The option to use this attached indy rather than zigzag.
