Orcus EA files

Orcus is a multi pair expert advisor that opens trades based on the relative strength of each currency. Its signals are based on the CurrencyStrengthAlerts indicator.

Hi xux99

Thank you for all your hard work with the EAs.
Is there any chance of modifying Orcus so that instead of
setting a Strength Limit and a Weakness Limit
we could set a "Difference" limit between two currencies?
Example:
Let's suppose the "Difference" would be set at 4.
If GBP is at 5.1 and JPY at 1.1 a position would be opened
or
USD at 7.4 and NZD at 3.4
and so on.
Thanks.
Regards,

Joćo Santos

I have added a "DifferenceLimit" option. The new version is attached at the first post.

The "DifferenceLimit" is working flawlessly. Thank you, xux99.
I have another question, regarding "MinOrdersDistance":

Let's suppose I'm using Reverse Signals and set the "MinOrdersDistance" to 25 pips.
A short position (buy) GBPJPY is opened at 142.000
If the price drops below 141.750, another short position is opened, but only if the currencies are still in the signal range.
Could you add an option so that the EA opens a position independently of the signal?
Thanks.

Hi macekelate

You should use the settings that best match your risk tolerance. Forward test the EA with various settings combinations to find the most profitable one.

Hi again, xux99
Is there any chance of changing the timeframe used for the indicator?
Could you add it as an option?
Thanks.

Thank you, xux99.
Thanks to you, the EA is getting better and better. I'm using it on a demo account and soon it will be in a real account.

Hi xux99 & jsantos.

I already forward test the EA with various settings combinations to find most profitable one. Unfortunately, all of the forward test seems to get bad trade.
If you guys have a profitable settings, can you guys share it?

Thanks
